Al-Dog (a.k.a. DOWN SOUTH!)

His friends call him Al-Dog, and the ladies call him Al, but YOU can just call him DOWN SOUTH!  Al-Dog has been beating on things since he was 3.  He started creating original music when he was 11 with his little Casio keyboard.  His sound became more full when he was 16, using his Yamaha DJX keyboard.  Then in 2003, his sound became professional with the purchase of his Yamaha Motif.

He took 2 years of beginning piano lessons when he was in elementary school.  He also played the drums at church.  Al-Dog even knows a little about the guitar...his piano teacher taught him a few things about it.  His style is definitely DOWN SOUTH!, but he's very versatile.  He creates musical landscapes varying from gangsta, pop, melancholy, happy, romantic and much more.  He's always trying to use different sounds and being creative.  He's the best of both worlds...underground and mainstream at the same time.  With him, you will definitely get more quality than what you pay for.
